Severe skin reactions reported with naproxen include exfoliative dermatitis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Lyell syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis and drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS), which can be life-threatening or fatal.
