What severe forms of fluid retention have been reported with nilotinib?

Severe fluid retention reported with nilotinib includes pleural effusion, pulmonary oedema and pericardial effusion, observed uncommonly (0.1–1%) in a Phase III study of newly diagnosed CML patients and also reported after marketing.
