Answer
Renapime has been associated with reversible encephalopathy (confusion, hallucinations, stupor or coma), myoclonus and seizures, including non-convulsive status epilepticus; most cases occurred in patients with renal impairment receiving doses above recommendations, and neurotoxicity generally resolved after discontinuation and/or haemodialysis, although some cases were fatal.
