Serious infusion-related reactions reported with Herceptin (trastuzumab) include dyspnoea, hypotension, wheezing, hypertension, bronchospasm, supraventricular tachyarrhythmia, reduced oxygen saturation, anaphylaxis, respiratory distress, urticaria and angioedema, with rare fatal outcomes.
