The Bowmed Ibisqus Limited flucloxacillin 500 mg injection product must not be mixed with other medicinal products except those in section 6.6; avoid blood products, proteinaceous fluids and intravenous lipid emulsions, and, if prescribed concurrently, do not mix aminoglycosides in the syringe, intravenous fluid container or giving set because precipitation may occur.
