What restriction applies to Kaolin and Morphine Mixture BP during and after treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors?

Despite containing only a small amount of morphine, Kaolin and Morphine Mixture BP should theoretically be contraindicated during monoamine oxidase inhibitor treatment and within 2 weeks of stopping it, as with other morphine-containing preparations.
