What restriction applies to breastfeeding while taking Rifater?

Patients taking Rifater should not breastfeed unless their physician judges that the benefit to the patient outweighs the risk to the infant; breastfed infants should be monitored for convulsions and neuropathy, and prophylactic pyridoxine for both mother and infant should be considered.
