Answer
A single study in five evaluable psoriasis patients using 0.3–1.7 g of 50 micrograms/g tritium-labelled calcipotriol ointment suggested less than 1% absorption; however, 96-hour label recovery was only 6.7–32.6%, maximised by uncorrected chemiluminescence, with no data on tissue distribution or lung excretion.
