Acute renal failure has been reported after starting high-dose or multiple NSAIDs in patients taking tenofovir disoproxil who had renal risk factors; kidney function should therefore be monitored adequately when NSAIDs are taken with Emtricitabine/Rilpivirine/Tenofovir Disoproxil Gilead.
