Levetiracetam’s adult plasma half-life is 7±1 hours, unaffected by dose, administration route or repeated administration, increasing to 10–11 hours in elderly people with reduced renal function and approximately 25 hours between dialysis sessions or 3.1 hours during dialysis in anuric adults with end-stage renal disease.
