What is known about the effects of fosaprepitant on fertility?

Fosaprepitant and aprepitant’s fertility effects are not fully characterised because animal studies could not achieve exposures above human therapeutic levels, although those studies indicated no direct or indirect harmful effects on mating performance, fertility, embryonic/foetal development, or sperm count and motility.
