For patisiran sodium (Onpattro), no formal clinical drug interaction studies have been performed; CYP2B6 induction and time-dependent inhibition occurred in vitro at above-clinically relevant doses, but the net effect on substrates such as bupropion and efavirenz in vivo is unknown.
