What is fat overload syndrome with olive oil, refined + soya bean oil, refined?

It is a rare failure to clear infused fat, causing sudden deterioration that may include fever, abnormal blood counts or clotting, high blood fats, liver dysfunction and neurological symptoms. The infusion is stopped and the patient assessed.
