Denzapine (clozapine) treats schizophrenia with no satisfactory clinical improvement despite adequate doses and durations of at least two different antipsychotics, including an atypical, or schizophrenia with severe, untreatable neurological adverse reactions to other antipsychotics, including atypicals.
