Distaclor (cefaclor monohydrate) treats infections due to susceptible microorganisms: respiratory tract infections including pneumonia, bronchitis, chronic bronchitis exacerbations, pharyngitis and tonsillitis; otitis media; skin and soft tissue infections; and acute or chronic urinary tract infections including pyelonephritis and cystitis, and is used as part of sinusitis management.
