In adult women, GONAL-f (follitropin alfa) is indicated for clomiphene-unresponsive anovulation (including polycystic ovarian syndrome), multifollicular development during superovulation for assisted reproductive technologies, and, with an LH preparation, follicular development in severe LH and FSH deficiency.
