What effects have been reported in breastfed infants exposed to the doxylamine component of Xonvea through breast milk?

Excitement, irritability and sedation have been reported in breastfed infants presumably exposed to Xonvea’s doxylamine through breast milk; infants with apnoea or other respiratory syndromes may be particularly vulnerable to sedation that worsens their conditions.
