What effect does cimetidine have on glycopyrronium exposure when used with Seebri Breezhaler?

In healthy volunteers, cimetidine increased glycopyrronium total exposure (AUC) by 22% and decreased renal clearance by 23%; with Seebri Breezhaler, no clinically relevant interaction is expected based on these changes.
