Rare reports with Enbrel (etanercept) include central nervous system demyelinating disorders and peripheral demyelinating polyneuropathies, including Guillain-Barré syndrome, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, demyelinating polyneuropathy and multifocal motor neuropathy.
