The most frequently reported sotatercept side effects in either STELLAR or ZENITH were nosebleeds (45.3%), headache (26.7%), telangiectasia and diarrhoea (25.6% each), increased haemoglobin and thrombocytopenia (15.1% each), dizziness (14.7%), back pain (14%), rash (12.3%) and gum bleeding (10.5%).
