The most frequently reported adverse reactions to Cevenfacta (eptacog beta) were infusion site discomfort, infusion site haematoma, post-procedural haematoma, infusion-related reaction, increased body temperature, dizziness and headache, each reported in 1.3% of patients in the integrated safety analysis.
