The most commonly reported side effects of amifampridine phosphate are paraesthesias, including peripheral and around-the-mouth sensations, and gastrointestinal disorders such as upper abdominal pain, diarrhoea, nausea and abdominal pain; most adverse reactions are dose-dependent in intensity and incidence.
