Synthamin has been associated with anaphylactic/anaphylactoid reactions involving skin, gastrointestinal, respiratory or severe circulatory effects including shock, and hypersensitivity involving fever, chills, low or high blood pressure, joint or muscle pain, hives, rash, itching, redness or headache; frequencies are unknown.
