Newborns exposed to levomepromazine hydrochloride during the third trimester risk extrapyramidal and/or withdrawal symptoms of varying severity and duration after delivery, including agitation, hypertonia, hypotonia, tremor, somnolence, respiratory distress or feeding disorder.
