Should Kyprolis (carfilzomib) vials be shaken or gently swirled during reconstitution?

During reconstitution, gently swirl and/or slowly invert Kyprolis (carfilzomib) vials for approximately 1 minute or until complete dissolution, never shake, and if foaming occurs, let the solution settle until foaming subsides (approximately 5 minutes) and the solution is clear.
