Correct answer: B — Arrange an ultrasound assessment of fetal growth

A fundal height below expected or crossing centiles should prompt ultrasound assessment of fetal growth and amniotic fluid. Normal fetal movements are reassuring but do not exclude growth restriction. CA125 has no role in assessing fetal growth. Oral iron may be needed for anaemia but would not investigate a small-for-dates uterus.
