Pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain is managed with physiotherapy, activity modification and suitable analgesia such as paracetamol. Induction is not indicated from this presentation. There are no features of pelvic infection or malignancy. Prolonged bed rest can worsen deconditioning and VTE risk.
