Correct answer: AGlecaprevir/pibrentasvir for 8 weeks

For treatment-naïve chronic HCV without cirrhosis, glecaprevir/pibrentasvir (Maviret) for 8 weeks is the shortest pan-genotypic regimen available. SVR rates exceed 97%. Sofosbuvir/velpatasvir for 12 weeks is an equally effective alternative. The 8-week course of glecaprevir/pibrentasvir is preferred for non-cirrhotic patients due to shorter duration and excellent tolerability. Both are PBS-listed in Australia. Genotype testing is no longer required when using pan-genotypic regimens.
