Correct answer: DOral rehydration therapy

Rotavirus gastroenteritis: the cornerstone of management is prevention and treatment of dehydration with oral rehydration solution (ORS). Antibiotics are not indicated. Anti-diarrhoeal agents are contraindicated in children. Probiotics (e.g. Lactobacillus) may modestly reduce diarrhoea duration but are not a substitute for rehydration.
