Correct answer: BTaurodontism

Taurodontism ('bull tooth') is characterised by an abnormally enlarged pulp chamber that extends vertically into the body of the tooth, with apical displacement of the furcation (floor of the pulp chamber) and correspondingly shortened roots. This gives the tooth an enlarged body with a rectangular appearance on radiograph. Taurodontism may be isolated or associated with syndromes (Klinefelter, Down, ectodermal dysplasia). It presents challenges for endodontic treatment (difficulty locating canals, large pulp floor) and extraction.
