Compressions should be performed at a rate of 100-120 per minute, at a depth of 5-6 cm, with full chest recoil between compressions. For two-rescuer CPR on adults, the ratio remains 30:2. For two-rescuer CPR on children/infants, the ratio is 15:2. Hands-only (compression-only) CPR is acceptable for bystanders who are untrained or unwilling to provide ventilations.
