Le Fort III (craniofacial dysjunction) is a high-level fracture that separates the entire midface from the cranial base. The fracture line passes through the nasofrontal suture, medial orbital wall, orbital floor, lateral orbital wall, and zygomatic arch bilaterally. It presents with massive facial oedema, CSF rhinorrhoea, dish-face deformity, and mobility of the entire midface. Le Fort I is a horizontal maxillary fracture. Le Fort II is a pyramidal fracture of the central midface.
