Correct answer: EDentigerous cyst

A well-defined unilocular radiolucency attached at the cementoenamel junction of an unerupted tooth is the classic radiographic presentation of a dentigerous (follicular) cyst. It arises from proliferation of the reduced enamel epithelium after enamel formation is complete. The mandibular third molar is the most common location. Ameloblastoma typically presents in older patients with a multilocular 'soap bubble' appearance.
