B is correct. WHODAS 2.0 is a diagnosis-neutral measure of disability and functioning covering six life domains: cognition, mobility, self-care, getting along with other people, life activities, and participation in society. It can therefore complement symptom scales in rehabilitation by measuring the person’s functional difficulties across everyday life. It is not an intelligence test (A) or a neuropsychological battery assessing cognition alone (E). It does not quantify psychotic symptom severity (C), for which disorder-specific rating scales are used. Nor is it designed to assess medication efficacy, adherence or adverse effects (D), which require clinical review and appropriate treatment-monitoring measures.
