Horner's syndrome results from disruption of the ipsilateral sympathetic chain. The classic triad: miosis (loss of dilator pupillae sympathetic supply) / ptosis (loss of Müller's muscle sympathetic supply) / and anhidrosis (loss of facial sweat gland sympathetic supply). Enophthalmos (apparent not real) may also occur.
