Correct answer: BS2-S4

The pudendal nerve (S2 S3 S4) exits the pelvis through the greater sciatic foramen / hooks around the sacrospinous ligament / and re-enters the pelvis through the lesser sciatic foramen to reach the perineum via the pudendal canal (Alcock's canal). Pudendal nerve block provides perineal anaesthesia for episiotomy and forceps delivery.
