Ivabradine may reduce HF hospitalizations in symptomatic HFrEF with sinus rhythm and resting HR >=70/min despite maximally tolerated beta-blocker. It is not indicated with HR <70. Vasodilators alone do not replace guideline therapy. Amiodarone/verapamil are not HF disease-modifying.
