How should Vivotif capsules be swallowed in relation to food and water temperature?

Swallow a Vivotif capsule without chewing, as soon as possible after placing it in the mouth, with cold or lukewarm water no warmer than 37°C, on an empty stomach and at least one hour before the next meal.
