How should the Revaxis pre-filled syringe suspension be prepared before administration?

Before administering Revaxis, push the needle firmly onto needle-free syringes and rotate it 90°, shake well to uniformly distribute the normally cloudy white suspension, which may sediment during storage, and visually inspect for extraneous particles or discolouration, discarding the vaccine if either is present.
