Rock or invert the Cyanokit 5 g (hydroxocobalamin) vial for at least 1 minute without shaking, which may cause foam and hinder checking reconstitution, then use and prime the supplied filtered infusion set with the reconstituted solution because its dark red colour may conceal insoluble particles.
