How should Havrix Junior Monodose hepatitis A vaccine be prepared and checked before administration?

Before administering Havrix Junior Monodose, inspect for particles/appearance changes, shake well to a slightly opaque white suspension (discard otherwise), hold the barrel (not plunger), unscrew cap anticlockwise, attach needle hub to Luer Lock Adaptor with a quarter-turn clockwise until locked, and never administer if the plunger was pulled out of the barrel.
