Thaw frozen Imlygic (talimogene laherparepvec) vials at room temperature (20°C to 25°C) until liquid, expected to take 30–70 minutes depending on ambient temperature; gently swirl without shaking, and thaw and store vials in their original carton until administration to protect from light.
