Bexsero syringes may show a fine off-white deposit: shake well until homogeneous; inspect for particles/discoloration; do not use if foreign particles/appearance changes; if two needle lengths supplied, select for intramuscular use; hold barrel, not plunger; unscrew cap anticlockwise; lock needle hub onto Luer Lock Adaptor with ¼-turn clockwise; never withdraw plunger—if withdrawn, do not administer.
