How long should women and men use effective contraception after treatment with inotuzumab ozogamicin?

With inotuzumab ozogamicin, women should use effective contraception during treatment and for at least 8 months after the final dose, and men with female partners of childbearing potential should do so during treatment and for at least 5 months after the final dose.
