For doses below 20 micrograms, allow the ADVANZ Pharma product liothyronine sodium BP 20 microgram tablet to disperse in 20 mL water for 10 minutes, swirling gently occasionally and again for a few seconds before withdrawing the prescribed portion with a suitable oral syringe; discard any remaining liquid.
