How long can an unopened pack of Nucala (mepolizumab) 100 mg pre-filled pens be kept outside the refrigerator, and under what conditions?

If necessary, Nucala (mepolizumab) 100 mg pre-filled pens may remain unrefrigerated in their unopened pack for up to 7 days at room temperature (up to 30°C), protected from light; discard after more than 7 days unrefrigerated, and once opened, administer within 8 hours or discard.
