Answer
Ziihera (zanidatamab) is given by intravenous infusion, never intravenous push or rapid bolus, at 0.4–6 mg/mL over 120–150 minutes for the first two infusions, 90 minutes for the third and fourth if previous infusions were well tolerated, and 60 minutes thereafter if previous infusions were well tolerated.
