Reconstitute Menveo by inspecting components, transferring all MenCWY solution into MenA powder using a 21G, 40-mm (1½-inch) needle, inverting and shaking vigorously, then withdrawing 0.5 mL; inspect again, discard unless clear, colourless-to-light-yellow and particle-free, change to an administration-suitable needle and remove air bubbles before injection.
