How is Epilim 400 mg (sodium valproate) powder for injection/infusion reconstituted?

For intravenous use, reconstitute Epilim 400 mg (sodium valproate) immediately before use by injecting the supplied 4 ml solvent into the vial, dissolving and withdrawing the dose (100 mg/ml); use infusion solutions within 24 hours, keep further-diluted solutions at 2–8°C if stored before use, and discard unused solution.
