How is carfilzomib (Kyprolis) administered, and can it be given as an intravenous bolus?

Carfilzomib (Kyprolis) is administered by intravenous infusion over 10 minutes for the 20/27 mg/m² dose or 30 minutes for the 20/56 mg/m² dose, and must not be given as an intravenous push or bolus.
